When reporting a problem
During play, pause and choose Report a problem. You can also find it in Run Recap or Settings → Device check. Add what happened and what you expected, then copy or save the local report. It includes the current location, the latest failure from this session and checkpoint details. Review it before emailing it; a screenshot can help. Reports are not sent automatically. Please do not include passwords, payment information or other private details.
My saved progress is missing
Use the same browser and device, then check Previous Course Records. Website and native-app storage are separate. If you have a backup, import it from Settings. Private browsing, clearing site data or uninstalling can remove local progress.
I cannot hear music
Check the speaker mute button and adjacent volume controls in the game toolbar, then Music and Sound Effects in Settings and your phone’s output device. Pause and resume with a fresh tap after switching apps or audio devices. Include your browser and phone model if audio does not return.
My zaps do not hurt the boss
Movement and attacks are separate. Dodge the marked pattern first. When the separate ZAP button turns gold and says ZAP NOW, tap it once for an aimed counter that breaks up to two armor points. SHIELDED means the defense is still closed; lane and gravity bosses also require the lit position. Pause → Boss controls explains the current guardian. Help → Guardians offers unranked guardian Practice.
I keep failing the same obstacle
Open the run recap and try its suggested Practice section. Start at Normal speed with Fast checkpoints. The action label changes at each movement portal; release held input when prompted before the next move.
